Cancellation or Return
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing the order. We would not be able to cancel the order once it is dispatched from our hub. We ensure return if the product’s outer packaging is damaged or the product is damaged. You can always contact us with any questions at connect@globalbiomefoods.com.
For outright cancellations by you: If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund you after deducting a transaction charge of 5%. Once the order is processed into shipping then 10% will be deducted as a processing charge and if the shipment fee is already paid by Biome Foods then that will be deducted too
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
